Requirements- As you’ll be doing sales hiring you’ll be required with a minimum of 1.5+ years of experience in a sales role, in Inside sales with Edtech B2C. - A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. - Demonstrated stability, with at least one year of sustained experience in previous roles.. - Prior experience in roles such as Business Development Executive or Associate - Strong knowledge on sales strategies, logical answering, Target planning and Reporting. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. - An individual with excellent regional Language communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills. - Reliable and trustworthy individuals who can easily build rapport with prospects. - People with a strong sense of empathy and great patience. - People with a systematic approach to building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritising tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within the deadlines - A Bachelor's degree in any fieldLanguages Known:- Native speaker of any of these languages - - Tamil - - Malayalam - - Kannada - - Marathi - - Hindi - - Odia & bengali - With Proficiency in EnglishJob Overview- Work Location: Hyderabad ( On-site ) - Working Days: 6 days - Work Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM
