Our clients include some of India's leading D2C brands, enterprises, and marketplaces.Role Overview:We are looking for ambitious and driven Business Development Associates to join our sales team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential customers. The role will start with managing inbound leads and gradually transition into outbound sales with structured training and support.This is ideal for candidates with up to 2 years of full-time work experience who are eager to build a long-term career in B2B sales while working with top eCommerce and retail brands.Responsibilities:- Manage and qualify inbound leads generated from the website, marketing campaigns, and partner channels. - Understand customer requirements and identify how WareIQ can add value to their business. - Pitch WareIQ’s fulfilment and logistics solutions to potential clients. - Schedule product demos and coordinate meetings with senior sales managers. - Maintain accurate records of all conversations, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools. - Support outbound prospecting through research, cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, post-training. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies.Requirements:- 0-2 years of full-time work experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong desire to learn and grow in B2B sales. - Self-motivated and target-driven with a problem-solving mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. - Strong research skills to identify and profile potential clients. - Interest in eCommerce, logistics, and startups is preferred.What we offer:- Opportunity to work at a high-growth, Y Combinator-backed startup. - Structured learning and growth path from inbound to outbound sales. - Mentorship from experienced sales leaders. - Transparent career progression and performance-based incentives. - Experience working with some of India’s top D2C and enterprise brands. - Competitive salary and incentive structure.
