You’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to onboarding—while representing Hoffice as the premium choice for professionals and companies in Calicut.Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads throughcalls, networking, events, and digital outreach . Conduct engaging tours of the centre, showcasing theHoffice experience . Build strong pipelines, follow up consistently, andconvert prospects into members . Collaborate with theCommunity & Customer Services teamsto deliver seamless onboarding. Identify upselling opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Track performance metrics, report progress, and meet/exceed monthly targets.About You We’re looking for someonepassionate about sales and customer successwith the drive to achieve results. 1–3 years of experience insales, business development, or client-facing roles(hospitality, coworking, real estate, or corporate services is a plus). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Resilient, proactive, and target-driven.
