Designation:Business Development Associate / Business Development Executive Location:Gurgaon Years of Experience:2+YearsJob description We’re looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team The role involves client follow-ups, Inbound Sales, relationship building, and deal closure, End to End Sales. Ideal candidates should have strong negotiation skills and a proven track record, preferably in the logistics industry.What You'll Do: A deep understanding of the pricing to maintain a healthy margin on the sales closures. Responsible for the ownership of the collectibles & receivables for the hand holding period of new on boarded accounts Build a strong relationship & process for the new onboardings for a long & healthy business collaboration Understanding of Indian retail/wholesale/industrial ecosystem to come up with holistic solutions for the key accounts Account Management: Onboarding Clients on the platform is the first stage of along-term relationship between Shipway and the account Map Competition: To be able to take timely action, it is imperative that we monitor the market and be informed of competition’s activity in key accounts The BDM must keep a close watch on competition & share best practices internally WhatWe're Looking For: Post Graduation/ Graduation requirements Proven working experience of 2+ years in sales/business development Must be efficient with MS Excel & Power point Excellence communication and influencing skills Strong bias for action, problem solving and ownership Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and be a team player
