We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Lead Generation and Sales Strategy Intern.


Role Overview:

The Lead Generation and Sales Strategy Intern will be responsible for managing a database of potential leads, actively engaging them through cold calls, and collaborating with the team to develop strategies that optimize sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential leads where our products can be marketed effectively.
  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls to gauge their interest in our products and services.
  • Lead Engagement: Actively communicate with leads to understand their needs, answer their queries, and build a strong relationship.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and plans that optimize sales efforts after the lead generation phase.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Participate in creating and refining sales strategies to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on lead generation activities, call outcomes, and any insights gained from interactions with potential clients.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and update databases efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to engaging potential clients.
  • Experience in the food industry or a related field is a plus.
