This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong industry connections and a proven track record in sales and business expansion. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, cultivating key client relationships, and driving sales initiatives from prospecting to project handover. Your efforts will be instrumental in positioning Vector Technics as a global leader in UAV propulsion technology.

- Identify and engage with UAV manufacturers, defense organizations, and robotics firms in India and globally.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in UAV propulsion systems and motion control solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technical needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to propose custom propulsion solutions incorporating Vector Technics' motors, ESCs, and power systems.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and bid packages customized to client requirements.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and measure business performance.
- Stay ahead of UAV industry trends, defense procurement policies, and emerging technologies.
- Represent Vector Technics at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate business leads.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new applications and strategic partnerships in the UAV and aerospace sectors.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless execution after contract closure.
- Align business development efforts with R&D and production capabilities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Business Management.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or technical consulting within UAV, aerospace, defense, or motion control industries.
- Strong technical acumen in BLDC motors, UAV propulsion systems, power electronics, and flight control integration.
- Demonstrated success in securing deals with OEMs, defense contractors, and UAV manufacturers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for business development, client meetings, and industry events.
- Hybrid role balancing client meetings, industry events, and office-based strategy development.
- Frequent domestic and international travel to expand market presence and drive business growth.
