Job Description: Business Development Manager (Domestic BDM) – IT Recruitment & Staffing

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for an IT recruitment and staffing company based in the KPHB (Kukatpally) area of Hyderabad. The BDM will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. While part-time positions in this role may be less common, we offer flexible work arrangements depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT staffing and recruitment sector.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to target prospective clients and build a robust lead pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for further business growth.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and submit competitive bids, proposals, and contracts for new projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and business requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless staffing solutions and meet client requirements effectively.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track business development activities, including sales pipeline progression and client engagement, providing regular performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, particularly within the IT staffing or recruitment sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve business growth.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Work Hours: Willingness to work during standard business hours, with flexibility for part-time arrangements, if applicable.
