We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in IT consulting and IT services. The focus will be on acquiring new clients, building strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on IT consulting, staffing, and managed services.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads through networking, market research, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring a healthy pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, hiring managers, and procurement teams.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas of growth.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by securing new business contracts and expanding service offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, delivery, and operations) to align business strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Brand Positioning: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in business development, sales, within IT consulting or IT services.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, software development, staffing, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to close high-value deals and manage contract negotiations effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Technical Awareness: Basic knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, and other emerging IT trends is a plus.
