Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Overview:

ValueLabs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Europe region. This individual will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our professional services and technology offerings in the Beneulex and Datch markets. The successful candidate will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, develop the market, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

New Logo Acquisition and Account Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Beneulex and Datch markets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new logos and grow existing accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth by increasing the number of new clients and expanding existing client relationships.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Market Development:

  • Lead the development of the market in the Beneulex and Datch regions.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the IT services industry.
  • Work closely with a team of experts across multiple service lines to expand our offerings and drive market penetration.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA from a top business school.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on acquiring new logos and growing existing accounts.
  • Solid experience in IT Services sales, preferably in the Beneulex and Datch markets.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Experience in developing and executing market strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
