As a subsidiary of Technocraft Group, a $350 million Indian conglomerate, Technosoft has a solid foundation and global reach, supporting clients worldwide.Currently we are looking to expand our team and looking for this resource urgently.Position: PMO -Lead / PMO -Executive.(There are 2 opportunities - one for the manager managing the entire PMO and 2nd position is in the same team working along with him/her.)Experience: 8-12 + yearsLocation: Mumbai /PuneDuration: PermanentEducation: Bachelors of Engineering degree a must (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or IT)PMP certification desirableWorking knowledge of Salesforce applications an added advantage.Summary/ObjectiveProject Management (Kickoff to Delivery):Engineering Project Deliverables, project delivery and closely working with Sales, BDM‘ s and senior leadership team to align for the company vision.Project RFP preparation (commercial & technical) in bidding stage for engineering solutions & services in multiple industry.Participated in MN$+ deal bids.Project/Contract creation, planning & management, coordinate through key teams such as sales, delivery, finance & account, quality.Project milestone creation & monitoring for fixed price projects with RPP controls.Project risk identification & mitigation plan monitoring from operational point of view.Resource management through resource forecast, hiring support, onboarding, allocation-deallocation, client interview, bench controls, ODC access management.Project SLA monitoring, client dashboard , governance.Operations Management (Delivery):Account Operation key KPI control & monitoring such as resource onsite-offshore UT%, CM%, RPP,software costs, bench resource management, open hiring status, attrition, risks, accruals/WIP etc.Monthly customer billing for T&M, FP & OBU types of contract through Salesforce systems & client portals.Invoice management, tracking & monthly report preparation.Accruals control & management to meet company guidelines.Operation meet deck preparation & inputs to delivery lead on improving KPIs.Revenue Management (Delivery):Managed revenue planning & monitoring for ongoing and new account.Managed pipeline tracker for 0 to 100% opportunity levels.Managed quarterly tie-in preparation and alignment of sales-delivery for revenue projections.Account yearly budget preparation with opportunity mapping.Actual CM% preparation & monitoring as per company guidelines.BU/DU various deck/presentation preparation, data analysis & inputs to DH & PM for decision making.Technosoft Offers the best of the best benefits:ü Competitive compensation based on skillsü Industry leading health, dental, and vision plansü PTO’s (Paid time off)ü Generous 401 (K) savings and profit sharingü Education assistance and internal training programs.ü Maternity & paternity leave.ü Flexible Work Schedule where you will work with your manager to enjoy a work schedule that can be flexible with your personal life.ü Interested in learning more on our robust benefits package we offer?We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
