Role Description

  1. Develop, implement, and manage a business plan to meet or exceed corporate objectives for Test & Measurement Division Sales goals in assigned geography
  2. Assess business conditions in the given geography and vertical markets to implement local go to market strategy.
  3. Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business
  4. Key Account Management within territory
  5. Helps prepare tender compliance specification documents highlighting benefits to customer
  6. Analyses customer requirements and recommends appropriate solution. Is responsible for pre-sales demos and for enhancing customers' experience and satisfaction.
  7. Generating the leads in segment.
  8. Arranging appointments with clients.
  9. Should be good at follow up and closing sales.
  10. Should be able to handle quotations and Invoice.
  11. Perform sales activities and generate new clients for the assigned product sales.
  12. Should technically understand the requirement of the customer and must be able to give required solutions.
  13. Hands on proficiency on use of Electronic Test Instruments like Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, RF Test Instruments, is a must.
  14. Must be able to learn and do independent demonstrations of test instruments at customer sites
  15. Market / Industry knowledge in Govt. DRDO Labs, Aerospace, ISRO & BEL

Reporting:  This position reports to Sales Manager - Govt. Vertical

Career Growth (next level expected): Sales Manager

Qualifications:

  1. BE/ME Electronics / ECE / EEE .
  2. Must be familiar with RF & Microwave products.
  3. Candidate must have experience in Govt. DRDO / BEL/ ISRO / HAL accounts.
  4. Frontline Sales Experience in Test & Measurement or related Industry on Electronic Test instruments. 
  5. Good Communication skills.
  6. Fluency in English is a must.
  7. Confident Presentation skills.
  8. Ability to interact with Senior and clients.
  9. Candidate from similar industry ( Test & Measurement )will be an added advantage.
  10. Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License needed.
