Key Responsibilities:

-Act as the first point of contact for influencers, brands, and users on the Brandwave app.

-Handle inbound queries, emails, and calls to resolve issues and provide accurate information.

-Guide influencers and brands through the onboarding process and app navigation.

-Maintain a positive and professional tone while handling escalations and complaints.

-Collect feedback from users and report recurring issues to improve the app experience.

-Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure seamless user journeys.

Requirements:

-0–2 years of experience in customer service, influencer management, or client relations (freshers welcome).

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Strong problem-solving ability with a calm, empathetic approach.

-Comfortable interacting with influencers, brands, and app users.

-Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Telugu is a plus.

Location: Hyderabad (preferred)
