About the Role :

As a Brand Designer at Wisecap, you will lead the creation of complete brand identities. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate concepts into visual experiences that are not only beautiful but also strategically effective. Your work will influence how brands are perceived and remembered.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design end-to-end brand identities, including logos, typography, color systems, and visual styles.
  • Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency across digital, print, and environmental applications.
  • Design packaging and brand collateral tailored to specific industries.
  • Collaborate with strategy and operations teams to understand brand goals and objectives.
  • Translate client vision into cohesive, memorable visual identities.
  • Support rebranding projects and visual refreshes.
  • Ensure all brand outputs are scalable, versatile, and aligned with the overall strategy.

Required Skills :

  • Expertise in logo design, typography, and visual identity systems.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of packaging design and brand collateral creation.
  • Ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking.
  • Awareness of current design trends, aesthetics, and industry standards.

Qualifications :

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in branding, identity, or design consulting.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing brand identity projects.
  • Experience in packaging design and cross-industry design is preferred.
