This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at YMM Digital . The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of experience in creating visually compelling content for social media, advertising, and digital campaigns. You will be responsible for designing graphics, editing videos, maintaining brand consistency, and bringing creative ideas to life across multiple platforms. In the age of AI , we are looking for someone who is curious and forward-thinking — eager to leverage AI tools in design and video editing to enhance creativity and efficiency. Responsibilities Create engaging social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and ad creatives Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, YouTube, Ads, etc.) with smooth transitions, captions, and motion graphics Maintain brand identity and visual consistency across all deliverables Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to visualize ideas and campaigns Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and social media formats Qualifications 2–3+ years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing Proficiency in Captions, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling Knowledge of AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, D-ID) is a plus Excellent attention to detail , time management, and communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Marketing, or related field preferred Company Description Your Marketing Matters (YMM Digital) is a marketing agency helping U.S. law firms and service brands scale through performance-driven digital marketing.
