Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as define by sales goals & objectives.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline & be an individual contributor in addition to building/managing sales team.
  • Articulate and effectively communicate company value proposition to prospect leadership, including C-level leadership.
  • Day to day management of existing accounts to expand company footprint.
  • Lead efforts to up sell company Intelligent Automation platform licenses and services.
  • Be responsible for preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Negotiate and close deals in timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind.
  • Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build excellent relationship with partner community to identify opportunities and expand pipeline.
  • Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of prior sales experience in software services industry.
  • Prior experience of selling Enterprise Software such as BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ERP, ESB, BI, Enterprise Portal.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on quarterly basis.
  • Extremely good time management skills.
  • Ability to overcome hurdles to advance sales cycle for timely closure.
  • Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions such as salesforce.com
