Job Description

Position : Head Marketing

Location Domasandra - Sarjapur Road Bangalore

Position reporting to : Managing Director

 

 

The purpose of the job : Developing marketing strategies

Creating strategies for all marketing teams, including digital, advertising, communications, and creative .


Responsible for

·       Developing and maintaining marketing strategies

·       to meet organizational objectives.

·       Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.

·       Manage marketing , advertising and all relevant activities.


Activities to be performed

·       Managing budgets: Preparing and managing budgets for the marketing department on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis 

·       Setting goals: Setting, monitoring, and reporting on team goals 

·       Building a marketing team: Developing a marketing team that is competent, commercially astute, dedicated, and efficient 

·       Generating and updating a data base of all clients hot / cold / prospective with names of Architects , Layers , Builders , Contractors and building Developers

·       Constantly interacting with the sales and operation team

·       Training the marketing / Sales team: Training the marketing, Sales team for prospective client meetings and presentations 

·       Focusing on branding: Focusing on branding principles and tactics through multimedia and advertisement 

·       Growing audiences: Focusing on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services 

·       Reviewing and reporting: Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation 


Experience :

15 -20 years of experience in heading the marketing function in an aggressive competitive market driven industry .


Compensation : Around Rs 18 Lakhs pa
