Job Overview :


As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that leverage SEO, content creation, digital advertising, and educative resource materials to drive the growth and brand recognition of the company and establish Indiassetz as a leader in the real estate technology sector.


This leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of the real estate market and technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling marketing operations and a passion for innovation in real estate technology.




Key Responsibilities:


Management of multiple brands under Indiassetz :

  • Oversee the development of the company’s multiple brands, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
  • Enhance the company’s presence in the market by promoting brand awareness and thought leadership within the industry.


Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive lead generation.
  • Implement advanced SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and engage a targeted audience. Optimize content for search engines and featured snippets to gain maximum exposure​.


Content Strategy & Communication

  • Lead the creation of compelling content that resonates with the target audience,develop educational and promotional materials, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars, and video content that align with our business objectives and enhance customer education​.
  • Manage public relations and corporate communications, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication.


Product Marketing

  • Collaborate with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Create and refine product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools to support the sales team.


Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.


Budgeting & Performance Tracking

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Set, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure we achieve our business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a marketing team with a focus on digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy.

  • A minimum of 8-10 years in a senior marketing role, with a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
