Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to meet organizational objectives.Lead and manage the marketing team effectively.Identify and analyze industry trends relevant to the company's market.Develop strategic partnerships and relationships within the healthcare industry.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.Manage the marketing budget to maximize effectiveness and ROI.Communicate with stakeholders about marketing goals and results.Coordinate with other departments to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head of Marketing' should have:10 years of overall experience in the field of B2B marketing, preferably SME segment.Post graduation from a premier B-School.Open to Bengaluru as a location.Candidate with a track record of building brands and expertise in digital marketing.
