About the Role 

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to spearhead our outbound B2B digital transformation solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in proactively closing enterprise IT sales deals and will be responsible for driving new business through targeted outbound sales strategies. This role focuses heavily on identifying, pursuing, and converting B2B opportunities in the digital transformation space, requiring someone who excels at building relationships from scratch and managing complex sales cycles to consistent revenue success. 

 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts 
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for digital transformation solutions across India and International markets 
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Lead B2B sales initiatives for IT and digital transformation solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plan
  • Manage complete sales cycles from prospect to closure
  • Create and present compelling value propositions for our comprehensive solution portfolio 
  • Achieve and exceed designated sales targets and revenue objectives 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored solution proposals 

 

Required Expertise 

  • Minimum 3-4 years of successful experience in digital transformation sales
  • Proven track record in outbound B2B IT sales
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end sales cycles
  • Strong capability in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proven success in both Indian and international markets 
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to understand and articulate complex solutions 

 

Key Qualifications 

• Documented history of exceeding sales targets 

• Experience in managing complete sales cycles for enterprise-level solutions 

• Strong portfolio of successful deals in both domestic and international markets 

• Excellence in solution selling and handling multi-stakeholder engagements 

• Superior communication and presentation skills 

• Strategic account planning and management capabilities 

 

Performance Metrics 

The successful candidate will be evaluated based on: 

• Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets 

• New client acquisition in targeted markets 

• Revenue growth in existing accounts 

• Deal closure rates and sales cycle efficiency 

• Quality of client relationships and account retention
