We're looking for a Head HR and Executive assistance to founders


Responsibilities:

HR -

  • Employee Management: Oversee schedules, SOPs, KRAs, performance reviews, PF, health insurance, reimbursements, and tax queries.
  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Policy Development: Create and update HR policies.
  • Employee Relations: Promote engagement, address concerns, and manage grievances.
  • Office Administration: Handle office maintenance, admin tasks, and media gifting.
  • Culture: Maintain a positive office culture and organize celebrations and events.


EA -

  • Meeting Management: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and take minutes.
  • Problem Solving: Address organizational issues and implement solutions.
  • Communication: Active on and represent company voice.
  • Employee Assistance: Serve as primary contact for employee resolutions.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and office management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
