Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Inside Sales Manager located in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in driving our growth initiatives within the US insurance market. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in outbound and international sales, particularly in B2B consulting services. Your expertise in cold calling and lead generation will be essential in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, ultimately contributing to our success in the industry.Responsibilities Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute business development strategies aimed at achieving company goals and financial targets. Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and markets, focusing on the US insurance sector. Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls or drive email campaigns to generate new leads and set up meetings with prospective clients. Communication/Presentation: Present our solutions to prospects to convert then into new potential clients. Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with prospects, clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals. Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop and implement client-focused solutions. Monitor Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine business development strategies. Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights.Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development or sales, with a strong focus on outbound and international sales. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to facilitate successful contract discussions. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and business development software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop effective growth strategies.
