Client Relationship Management:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Monitor sales metrics to assess performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Market Penetration:
- Identify potential clients and develop targeted strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and materials tailored to the local market.
Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and manage demand effectively.
Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather feedback from clients and the sales team to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and practices.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
