We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Mangolpuri, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the agriculture machinery sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

- Manage and expand the customer base in the agriculture machinery sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

- Provide feedback and insights on product performance and customer Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture Machinery, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in a junior sales role or 8-10 years in a senior sales role within the agriculture machinery industry.

- Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of the agriculture machinery market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
