Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Toll Free number and PIN customer care e mail.
  • Handle dealer and customer calls professionally and empathetically.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding services and warranty policies.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product usage.
  • Resolve first level complaints and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Support in warranty data punching in AS400 payment systems.
  • Dealer and Distributor weekly calling and doing regular surveys as and when required.
  • Follow call centre protocols and quality standards.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role (4-5 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in (English, Hindi) – both written and verbal.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time electively.
  • Flexible to handle cross functional assignments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
