Please do not contact the recruiter directly.What You'll Do:You provide the best customer support to our clients with excellent written and verbal communication through emails and platform live chatYou develop & apply the right customer support material to enable the clients to navigate through and use the Criteo's Advertising Platform: Commerce Growth.You provide an excellent operational service to our clients by applying SLAs and demonstrate prioritisation skillsYou have analytical skills to understand campaign KPIsYou understand the importance of tracking customer support efficiency metrics, ensuring you follow this in your day to day and you pursue both individual and team goalsYou are able to use a CRM platform to communicate with clients.You are curious to solve and troubleshoot client requests either if it's a simple access issue, or a complex technical bugYou work closely with the Account Strategy team and you know when to escalate the strategical customer requestsThis role is based at Gurgaon, IN EMEA shift (1.30 pm - 10.30pm IST) Who You Are:Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsMinimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience as a customer care specialistStrong client-centric mindset with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutionsExceptional attention to detail and accuracySkilled in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficientlyCapable of simplifying complex concepts and clearly articulating value to clientsComfortable working across various platforms and tools, including Excel, Salesforce, and internal systemsProven ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSolid technical acumen with a keen interest in technical reading and writingWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
