Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Head to join our team at Wings Global Services. This full-time senior role is crucial to guiding our talent strategy across our offices in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to source, attract, and secure top talent to meet our ongoing organizational goals. This role involves the strategic oversight of recruitment operations and employer branding within a dynamic and innovation-driven environment.

  • Build a comprehensive talent pipeline to support immediate and long-term recruitment needs.

  • Actively promote and manage employer branding initiatives to position Wings Global Services as an employer of choice.
