Description : Our client operates as a Managed Service Provider (MSP), helping organizations implement and scale Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions as well as strengthen their cybersecurity posture. Our platforms and services empower businesses to address their toughest challenges through smart data, robust integrations, and secure implementation practices.We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services team in Hyderabad. In this role, youll work directly with client organizations to design, configure, and deliver technical solutions that align with their business needs while gaining exposure to diverse technologies and industries.Key Responsibilities : - Design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions based on client requirements.- Implement data mapping and transformation processes.- Responsible for end to end seamless implementation & delivery till go-live - Build customizations using Python within Organisation's implementation framework.- Participate in client workshops and calls to gather requirements and demonstrate implemented capabilities.- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth deployments and resolve technical issues- Problem solving with good understanding and knowledge of overall framework/ suit Minimum Qualifications : - 5 - 10 yrs of overall work experience - 2 - 6 years of experience in a technical role related to implementation or professional services.- Sound experience in Programming languages like Python and JavaScript.- Strong knowledge of data modeling methodologies and advanced SQL.- Analytical and troubleshooting skills with a creative problem-solving approach.- Excellent collaborative and presentation skills with good team spiritPreferred Qualifications : - Experience with cybersecurity products (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability assessment tools).- Familiarity with cloud fundamentals and network architecture.- Engineering degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
