Job Description Job Title: Implementation Engineer (SaaS | Enterprise Clients) Location: Hyderabad Shift : Night shift (US Shift) Experience: 2-3 years in client-facing technical roles (SaaS/Enterprise onboarding) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Implementation Engineer to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of scalable technical solutions for enterprise clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll bridge the gap between technical discovery and delivery ensuring smooth onboarding, successful integrations, and long-term client satisfaction. This is a senior, client-facing role ideal for professionals who thrive on solving complex challenges, collaborating cross-functionally, and creating meaningful impact across strategic accounts. Key Responsibilities - Lead technical discovery sessions and design tailored solutions for enterprise client onboarding and integration. - Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, ensuring seamless transitions to delivery and support teams. - Own the technical deployment and optimization of high-impact client projects, customizing solutions to meet specific business needs. - Serve as the primary technical contact for product data feeds, API integrations, and FTP-related configurations. - Conduct advanced troubleshooting and provide expert consultation to client stakeholders. - Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to ensure alignment and technical excellence. - Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. - Drive initiatives that improve processes, workflows, and client onboarding experiences. - Create technical documentation, webinars, and enablement materials to support client education at scale. - Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, actionable language to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Represent the voice of the client in product feedback discussions to influence feature roadmaps. - Take ownership of critical client situations, ensuring proactive resolution and client satisfaction. Required Qualifications - 2- 3 years of experience in a client-facing technical role within a SaaS environment (Implementation, Onboarding, or Solution Engineering). - Strong expertise in product data feeds (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON) and FTP protocols. - Proficiency in REST and SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting. - Working knowledge of Excel and HTML. - Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences. - Demonstrated experience in technical documentation and enablement. - Ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience in enterprise SaaS implementations or e-commerce integrations. - Familiarity with remote training tools and virtual client engagement platforms. - Project Management experience or certifications (PMP, Agile). - Proven success in developing online technical training or onboarding content. - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and initiative.
