Job Requirements


> Relevant Experience

  • 6-10 years of prior operations leadership experience.
  • Should have hired and led a very effective operations team of 30+ people in the past.
  • Prior experience in handling and driving high-growth OKRs
  • Engineering/STEM degree from a top school like IIT

> High Aptitude and Problem Solver

  • Should have the natural ability to work on any kind of problem. Should be comfortable dealing with uncertainty, hearing NO's, navigating with 80% correct answers, and pushing through the darkness.
  • Be able to define the problem structure, able to break it down into manageable steps, and show progress swiftly.
  • Strategic problem solver with a first principles approach and long-term vision & impact

> Data-driven

  • Drive key metrics by ruthlessly focusing on high-ROI opportunities. The Business Operations Manager - Delivery must have a proven record of creating sensible KPIs rather than just following industry best practices, many of which don't neatly apply when the lead is in uncharted territory of innovation.
  • This lead will be expected to dive deeply into data by working with data scientists and translating key insights into operations processes and product features.

  • Be able to interface with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Sales. Each team has a different personality. You will need to clearly communicate priorities with stakeholders and set the right expectations while being fun to work with.
