Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

We are looking for a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with a strong background in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, identifying conversion bottlenecks, running A/B tests, and implementing optimization strategies to improve user experience and maximize revenue across our digital properties.Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the conversion optimization strategy across multiple D2C websites and funnels. - Conduct in-depth funnel analysis using tools such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, VWO, Crazy Egg, and HubSpot. - Identify friction points and drop-offs through heatmaps, session recordings, and user journey analysis. - Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. - Collaborate closely with the UI/UX, Design, Development, and Marketing teams to implement test variations and optimization ideas. - Monitor and report on the performance of experiments and share actionable insights with stakeholders. - Leverage analytics to understand customer behavior, landing page effectiveness, and campaign ROI. - Optimize lead generation funnels, checkout flows, and post-purchase experiences to enhance customer lifetime value. - Stay up to date with CRO trends, best practices, and emerging tools in the D2C landscape.Qualification- 3–6 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), ideally within a D2C or e commerce environment. - Proven expertise with VWO, Crazy Egg, HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity, and GA4. - Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data interpretation, funnel analytics, and A/B testing frameworks. - Understanding of UX/UI principles, customer psychology, and digital behavior patterns. - Experience collaborating with marketing, design, and development teams to implement insights. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Tag Manager, and dashboard tools is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.About UsJoin Comfort Click, a premier e-commerce multinational specializing in branded nutraceuticals, vitamins, minerals, and healthcare products for humans and pets.
