We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and help deploy effective digital marketing strategies by conducting market research, developing content production projects, and strategizing with other team members. Your primary responsibility will be planning, developing, implementing and managing overall marketing campaigns to promote brands, promote engagement and generate leads.Responsibilities:Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses. Manage & guide the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy Develop and nurture a high-performance team to bring the result Proven SEO and Email Marketing experience Creating content in the form of social media posts, blog articles, etc. when required. Ability to analyse different metrics for digital marketing channels and identify market trends Conducting market research and tracking competitors’ marketing activities. Managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. opportunities and optimising content to improve ranking and increase traffic. Manage overall email marketing and social media strategyEmail Marketing Management :Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns Ensuring design, content, and layouts of emails are optimised, user and mobile-friendly Tracking and Managing Email Database for regular email campaigns Manage and work with lead generation team Close tracking and analysis of campaign results based on micro metrics such as email open rate, spam rate, unsubscribe rate, conversion rate etc. Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvementsPaid Campaign ManagementDevelop and implement paid advertising strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to maximise engagement and ROI. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies. Manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels. Set up, launch, and optimise ad campaigns, including ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting. Perform A/B testing to evaluate and improve ad performance. Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Analyse data to identify trends and actionable insights for ongoing optimisation. Adjust budgets and bidding strategies to maximise results within allocated spend. Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages. Present performance reports and recommendations to management on a regular basis.Job Requirements: An experienced marketing leader with a strong technical background, sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement, team player and strong operational focus. Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Email Marketing tools etc. 3+ years of experience managing Email Marketing, paid media campaigns and other digital marketing platform. Proficiency with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field Well versed in English verbal and written communication. Working with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies Prior Experience in KPO industry or International Market is required.
