**Conversion Rate Optimizer**:
**Job description**:

- Taking full ownership of online customer journey tracking and analytics, constantly improving the traffic conversion rate is the top KPI for this role.
- Support the Head of Marketing in the development of test plans and CRO roadmap initiatives.
- Leverage insights and data to identify points of friction for users and conversion blockers/issues and present these findings back to the team to turn into experiments.
- Analyze data with key metrics performance and make recommendations based on the data analysis.
- Proactively optimizing the performance of all steps of each key funnel and events
- Create and execute tests that helps polish better online customer experience.
- Continual evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of campaigns through data-driven insights and KPI focused analysis
- Share results and report insights to all peer teams and executives.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Over 4-5 years of solid experience in online customer journey analysis with Google Analytics.
- Previous experience dealing with massive traffic websites.
- Hands on experience with digital experience tracking and A/B testing tools such as CrazyEgg, Adobe Target, FullStory/Glassbox, Google optimize, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript languages
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Tracking and tagging experience using Google Tag Manager.
- Confidently presenting and communicating with peer teams regularly on CRO strategy execution and insights sharing

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
