Job Title: ASO Expert (App Store Optimization Specialist)Experience: 3 YearsLocation: Sec 59,NoidaJoining: ImmediateAbout the Role:InstaAstro is looking for a skilled ASO Expert with 3 years of hands-on experience in driving app visibility, organic downloads, and improving conversion rates across Google Play and the App Store. The candidate should be data-driven, creative, and deeply familiar with how app store algorithms work.You will be responsible for developing and executing ASO strategies, optimizing creative assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize app growth and engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute ASO strategies to improve app visibility and organic growth. - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for both Google Play and App Store. - Optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, and preview videos for higher conversion rates. - Monitor key performance metrics including installs, rankings, ratings, and conversion rates. - Plan and run A/B tests on app creatives and metadata to identify best-performing variations. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to implement ASO best practices. - Track and report performance metrics with actionable insights for improvement. - Stay updated with the latest ASO trends, algorithm updates, and market opportunities.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in App Store Optimization (Android & iOS). - Strong understanding of app store algorithms, ranking factors, and conversion optimization. - Proficiency with ASO tools such as AppTweak, MobileAction, Sensor Tower, or AppFollow. - Familiarity with Google Play Console, App Store Connect, and Firebase analytics. - Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, product, and creative teams.Preferred:- Experience with mobile apps in lifestyle, wellness, or spirituality domains. - Knowledge of performance marketing and mobile user acquisition funnels. - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
