Marketing Manager

About the Role
We’re seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing team, build and optimize our marketing operations infrastructure, and growth. This role involves owning App Store Optimization, orchestrating multi-channel user acquisition campaigns, developing data-driven insights and experimentation frameworks, and driving community engagement and retention across global markets, with a strong focus on the US.
Key Responsibilities
- App Store Optimization (ASO): Lead listing strategy, keyword research, creative asset development, A/B testing, and conversion-rate improvements.
- User Acquisition: Design and execute paid ads (social, search, programmatic), social media, influencer, and email marketing campaigns, optimizing for ROI and user growth.
- Marketing Operations: Architect and build a scalable Marketing Ops stack including workflows, dashboards, CRM integrations, marketing automation, and analytics platforms tailored to our evolving needs.
- Data Analytics & Experimentation: Develop and implement comprehensive analytics frameworks to monitor CAC, LTV, retention, and funnel KPIs, and lead growth experimentation initiatives to optimize results.
- Content Strategy: Oversee creation of educational and conversion-focused assets such as blogs, videos, webinars, social content, and in-app notifications.
- Post-Launch Growth: Continuously gather and analyze user feedback, iterating messaging and initiatives to sustain growth and inform product development priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to align marketing efforts with app features, technical capabilities, and release schedules.
- International Marketing: Customize campaigns for the US and other strategic markets with localized messaging and ensure adherence to relevant compliance requirements.
- Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior marketers in technical marketing skills, data analysis, and community management best practices.
- Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership and experts across functions to align strategies and secure resources as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience including in mobile app marketing, including proven expertise in ASO, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in building and managing marketing operations stacks (CRM, BI platforms, automation, analytics).
- Proven ability to design and lead multi-channel growth campaigns using data-driven, iterative experimentation frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills including proficiency with SQL (or comparable tools), dashboard creation, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
- Significant international marketing experience, with demonstrated success targeting US and global audiences.
