About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, strategic planning, and relationship management.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market reach.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions.

- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.

- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate leads and represent the company.

- Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.

- Provide regular updates and reports on pipeline progress, forecasts, and challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role (minimum 3+ years).

- Strong understanding of sales principles, client acquisition, and relationship management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders.

- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field/
