This role goes far beyond calendar management — you’ll work closely with the founder to drive critical projects, draft business proposals, prepare investor/client decks, and ensure high-priority tasks get done with speed and clarity.If you have a strong foundation in business thinking, excellent writing skills, and a hunger to grow in a fast-paced startup environment — we’d love to talk.ResponsibilitiesManage founder’s calendar, meetings, prep notes, and follow-upsDraft proposals, SOPs, and pitch decks for partners, clients, and investorsTrack business initiatives, internal projects, and team bandwidthConduct market and competitive research to support decision-makingAssist in strategic outreach, partnerships, and GTM planningEnsure operational efficiency and communication clarity across the orgWhat We’re Looking For0–2 years of experience in strategy, operations, founder support, or consulting-style rolesExcellent written communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational and analytical thinkingAbility to work independently, prioritize, and execute with disciplineComfortable in ambiguity and fast-changing environmentsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
