Business Development Manager - Staffing Sales
Location: Delhi
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Monday to Friday (No remote work)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative with 1–3 years of experience to join our sales team. This full-time, office-based position provides valuable exposure to business development within the Life Sciences sector, including Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial, and Manufacturing. You will collaborate closely with the sales manager to generate new business opportunities, engage in lead generation, and coordinate client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and vendors, scheduling meetings with the sales manager to explore new opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments with prospects and vendors.
- Help prepare for sales presentations and participate in client meetings as needed.
- Work alongside the sales manager to understand and address client and vendor requirements.
- Track sales data, assist with reporting, and support overall business growth efforts.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Proven experience in cold calling, outreach, and appointment setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be local to Delhi
- Must be available for full-time, onsite work.
