Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (IT Staffing & Executive Searching) with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Admin Looks.
Main Focused will be in the following:
- Executive Searching/Top Executive Hiring Business collaborations
- IT Consulting/IT Staff Augmentation
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment Sales, IT Staffing Sales, Executive Search Sales, and Business Development
- Strong expertise in Contract Staffing Sales and IT Sales
- Proven track record in IT Staff Augmentation Sales and Recruitment Business Development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
