Role Description
We are hiring an experienced
US BDE
to acquire and bring and manage
direct clients , drive sales growth, and expand our presence in the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong client relationships and a proven track record in selling IT services and staffing servicesAs a US IT Business Development Executive at Indsafri, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities in the US market, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. This is a full-time remote role.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Devise Lead generation strategies and implementAcquisition of new clients(Direct clients)Signing MSAActual revenue realization.Manage the existing clients and bring more revenue from existing clientsManage the team and deliver the desired outcome within timelinesConduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelinesKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Required skills :
Has exposure in US market with good clientele base.Must have atleast 8+ Years of relevant work experience in Business Development in IT/US IT staffing backgroundMust have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and business development.Must have experience in working with direct clientsMust have experience in acquiring direct clientsExperience in handling delivery with Team ManagementStrong knowledge of IT services and staffing Industry.Experience in creating proposals, presenting and negotiating with the clientsIdentify client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way.Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business Interact routinely with various levels of management, functional leads, other staff, and customers' Ability to travel as required, based on negotiated work location.Sole responsibility is to obtain new job orders for recruiters to fill.Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interact with compliance/ Hiring ,Managers and Business Owners.Effectively present our services to new and existing clients
Qualifications:
Must have atleast 8+ Years of relevant work exp in Business Development in IT/US IT staffing backgroundProven experience as an Business Development manager or similar role, with a focus on IT Staffing/US IT staffing backgroundMust have experience in working with direct clientsMust have experience in acquiring direct clientsShould have experience in acquiring implementation partners with focus on acquiring direct clientsShould have strong understanding and handling IT recruitment/IT staffingShould have strong exposure to current market IT technologies and rolesWe are looking for candidates who can join immediately available to 30 days of notice periodStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
