Manager - Specifications - Construction Chemical Division - Building Material

Job Specification Manager is responsible for driving product specifications and approvals with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, builders, developers, and government bodies.
The role ensures that the company's products are specified in project designs and are eventually used during Understanding Project Requirements: Sales teams in construction chemicals start by understanding the specific requirements of the project. This includes the type of construction (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial), the environmental conditions (e.g., climate, exposure to chemicals), and the performance expectations (e.g., strength, durability).

- Product Selection and Recommendation: Based on the project requirements, the sales team recommends suitable construction chemicals such as concrete admixtures, waterproofing systems, sealants, adhesives, coatings, and specialty chemicals. These products are selected to meet the project's technical specifications and performance criteria.

- Customization and Tailoring: In some cases, customization of products may be necessary to address unique project challenges or specific client preferences. This could involve adjusting formulations, providing specialized packaging, or developing new solutions through joint development projects (JD projects).

- Technical Support and Consultation: Sales teams often provide technical support and consultation throughout the project lifecycle.
