Specifications Manager

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Manager – Architect Relations to build and strengthen engagement with the architect and design community. The role focuses on driving product specification, creating awareness, and influencing project decisions in favor of the company's product portfolio across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and PMCs.
• Drive specification of company products in upcoming and ongoing projects.
• Conduct product presentations, design discussions, and technical training sessions for architect firms.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert specified projects into confirmed business.
• Develop a structured architect engagement calendar including seminars, product launches, and networking events.
• Map key architecture firms and design influencers in the assigned region and establish long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop architect-focused collaterals and campaigns.
• Track project pipelines through CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups for specification-to-order conversion.

Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong existing connects within the architect and design community.
• Experience in specification sales or project-based business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
• Understanding of architectural design trends, materials, and project workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate in Engineering / Architecture / Design / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• 5–12 years of experience in building materials, interiors, or construction products (e.g., doors, windows, façades, lighting, tiles, paints, or hardware).
• Proven track record of working with leading architecture and design firms.
