Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads throughLinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, and professional networks . Acquiresoftware development, web app, AI, and SaaS projectsfrom domestic and international clients. Build and maintain strong relationships withCXOs, founders, and decision-makers . Understand client requirements and coordinate with thetechnical teamfor proposal and quotation preparation. Negotiate pricing, terms, and deliverables tosuccessfully close deals . Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities usingCRM tools or trackers . Collaborate with internal teams onpresentations, demos, and follow-ups . Meet or exceedmonthly / quarterly sales targets . Required Skills & Experience3 – 6 yearsof proven experience inIT sales, SaaS business development, or software project acquisition . Strong expertise inLinkedIn lead generation ,proposal writing , andnegotiation . ExcellentEnglish communicationandclient presentationskills. Understanding ofsoftware development life cycle , pricing models, and project types. Ability to workindependently , manage multiple prospects, and deliver results. For Consultant / Part-Time Roles5 + yearsof experience ininternational client acquisition or IT consulting . Should possessexisting client connectionsand the ability to independently close deals. Flexible work model (commission / retainer + incentives per project). Nice to HaveExperience working withglobal markets(US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Singapore, Australia). Familiarity withClutch, Upwork, Fiverr, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator . Exposure toAI, SaaS, or Web Application development services . Role Type & CompensationFull-Time (On-Site)– TIDEL Park, Chennai. Part-Time / Consultant– Remote / Hybrid. Attractivebase pay + commission + performance incentivesfor each project closure.
