QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required SkillsProven experience as a Talent Acquisition or in a similar role with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
