About the RoleYou will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans. They will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensure a positive candidate experience, track recruitment metrics, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans.Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization's values and culture to potential candidates.Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the talent acquisition process.Collaborate with hiring managers and senior executives to understand specific departmental needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding recruitment trends and strategies.Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required SkillsProven experience as a Talent Acquisition or in a similar role with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
