Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet business objectives across bulk and niche hiring.- Partner with senior leadership to forecast and fulfill talent needs, particularly for manager-level and above positions.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Directly manage a team of 7-8 recruiters, providing mentorship and ensuring their performance aligns with organizational goals.- Foster a high-performance culture in a target-driven environment, ensuring team accountability and motivation.
Recruitment Process Optimization:
- Implement and leverage AI-based hiring tools to streamline the recruitment lifecycle and enhance decision-making.- Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and maintain candidate experience.
Bulk Hiring Expertise:
- Lead high-volume hiring campaigns with a focus on IT roles, ensuring timely delivery of large-scale recruitment needs.- Design and manage end-to-end recruitment drives, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand role requirements and ensure alignment of recruitment strategies.- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including recruitment agencies and technology partners.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, sourcing efficiency) and provide actionable insights.- Use data to drive continuous improvement in sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in bulk hiring for the IT industry.- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of recruiters in a performance-oriented environment.- Proficiency in AI-based recruitment platforms and modern applicant tracking systems (ATS).- Experience managing senior-level positions independently and effectively collaborating with leadership.- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
