About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans. They will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensure a positive candidate experience, track recruitment metrics, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans.- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization's values and culture to potential candidates.- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the talent acquisition process.- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior executives to understand specific departmental needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding recruitment trends and strategies.- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or in a similar role with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices.- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
