What You'll Do:- Lead end-to-end data analytics projects: from requirement gathering, data preparation, and modeling to delivering actionable insights.- Design and implement advanced dashboards and reporting solutions for senior leadership.- Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.- Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring high-quality insights and accuracy.- Partner with IT/engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure, pipelines, and governance.- Automate reports, KPIs, and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.- Communicate insights effectively through compelling data storytelling aligned with business strategy.- Stay updated with emerging analytics tools, technologies, and best practices.What We're Looking For:Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.Technical Skills:- Expert-level SQL and data manipulation skills.- Strong command of BI & visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).- Advanced Python or R skills for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).- Understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data governance.- Solid grasp of statistical methods, A/B testing, regression, forecasting, and clustering.Soft Skills:- Strong business acumen and ability to link data insights to business outcomes.- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for senior leadership.- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.- Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.Experience:- 3-5 years in data analytics, BI, or related roles.- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that impact business performance.- Experience leading projects or mentoring junior analysts.- Domain knowledge in [e-commerce, logistics, or relevant industry] is a plus.
