We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns — preferably in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and optimize high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for real estate projects.
  • Research and set up precise audience targeting based on location, demographics, and buyer personas.
  • Write compelling ad copy and work with the creative team to produce eye-catching visuals and videos.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
  • Implement A/B testing for creatives, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
  • Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, and lead form integration.
  • Stay up to date with Meta Ads trends and real estate marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record in real estate lead generation is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and meet campaign KPIs.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management workflows.
  • Knowledge of real estate buyer journeys and funnel optimization.
