Brief About Role:

The role entails performance marketing, i.e. creating, executing, and scaling the performance marketing campaigns on Google/Meta. Along-with delivery of meeting the monthly/annual revenue targets on Shopify.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in successfully managing & running Meta and Google Ads Performance Marketing.

KRA's:

1)    Manage the digital spends on meta and google

2)    Actively taking ownership to maintain the ROAS, Revenue Targets and Shopify offer codes management.

3)    Proactively monitoring each campaign to find the need of scaling up/down or deploying new campaigns basis it's performance on ROAS and Revenue

4)    Working alongside the creative team to come up with best performing Ad strategy and Offers

5)    Tracking customer journey via Clarity account and working on bounce rate of consumers

6)    Tracking conversion rate and work on levers to improve conversion rate

7)    Pro-actively coming on suggestions related to improvement of offer constructs synchronised basis campaign results

8)    Maintaining daily logs of all metrics CAC, ACOS, ROAS, Revenue, Units, Spends, Sessions, Conversion Rate, AOV, CTR etc.

9)    Experience in scaling campaigns on meta

10) Experience in proven successful campaigns and offer constructs on meta

11) P&L accountability of Shopify, along-with ad spends and meeting revenue targets.
