If you are a data-obsessed marketer who thrives on scaling campaigns and delivering tangible results, this role is for you.Your Impact:Own & Scale: You will own the entire lifecycle of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, from strategic planning and execution to massive scaling.Drive Key Metrics: You will be obsessed with performance, relentlessly optimizing for core business metrics like ROI, CPL, CAC, and overall revenue growth.Command a Major Budget: You will strategically manage a monthly ad spend of ~₹2 Crore, making data-driven decisions that directly fuel our company's success.Accelerate Learning: You will work in a tight-knit loop with our creative and analytics teams, driving a high-velocity testing environment to consistently uncover new opportunities and crush performance targets.Be the Expert: You will track, analyze, and report on campaign performance in detail, becoming the go-to expert for paid social acquisition in the company.What We’re Looking For (The Essentials):Proven Scale Experience: You have a proven track record of managing and scaling Meta campaigns with multi-crore monthly budgets.
