Job Description :


- Knowledge of ITSM Processes Implementation & Improvement.

- Prioritize and assign tasks to the appropriate team members based on urgency and complexity.

- Knowledge of Barco projection system.

- Monitoring of the TMS, Projection, Digital Signage & other IT Systems.

- Knowledge of "Vista" Modules, Integration and Operations.

- Troubleshooting and resolving Issues (L1).

- Facilitate the fulfillment of service requests, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to address user needs and requirements.

- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for quick and efficient request handling.

- Support generating reports, analyzing data and provide suggestions on a regular basis to improve productivity & efficiency

- Ensuring that the issues are recorded, handled & escalated as per the defined procedure and agreed SLA.

- Create and propose the work procedures "SOP" and "MOP" in each process and system implementation are followed.

- Implement, support and monitor the Hardware & software are installed & configured as per the standards.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - PPT, SharePoint, Excel

- Excellent communication skills and technical knowledge

- Proven experience in helpdesk management, with a focus on SLA adherence and ticket resolution.

Education : B. Tech or Graduation with IT Certifications (ITSM Certification)
